Refunds are applicable if the product is out of stock, or due to overpayments or extenuating circumstances with the consent of Comic Fiesta Sdn Bhd management.
Kindly reach out to us within 30 days from the date of purchase with details and pictures of the damage OR 30 days before the applicable event date for which the payment is applied for, in the event of a cancellation. If the goods/products have been used or damaged or in violation of any of the event terms and conditions stipulated here by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 30 days after the confirmation and we will refund back to original payment method.

Refunds are restricted to overpayments or redundant payments caused by technical related glitches during the payment process.
In case of a refund, the rental fee/vendor tags that you purchased may be cancelled, and such cancellation will take effect within the next 3 weeks and the monies will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
